Yei Shien is Taiwanese company with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing oil seals and rubber products.

With a global marketing outreach, we service the needs of a wide array of industries, from specialized, high-precision oil seals for military use to food-grade, non-reactive sealing solutions.

Our History

Founded in 1995, Yei Shien began its quick rise through the development of molds and the manufacture of oil seals. Through the acquisition of CNC lathe machines, YEI started developing molds and initially exporting mainly to the USA, Southeast Asia and Japan. 

Due to high demand, rapid expansion followed. Investments in additional space and production capacity were made to meet rising customers’ demands, which required the acquisition of more machines necessary for the manufacture of various types mechanical seals and gaskets, such as rubber slicing machine, testing machines for rubber pulling force, vulcanization machines, oil seal gyration testing machines,  vacuum curing machine, automatic packaging machines, among others.

Rising quality standards led to the creation of our R&D laboratory where our engineers test product batches, looking for imperfection both in product quality and manufacturing process. Their goal is to keep finding better ways to produce with efficiency and quality, reducing waste and preventing defects in the processes and products. Thanks to these efforts, Yei Shien attained the ISO 9001 quality(now updated to ISO 9001:2015) standard certification, and continuous effort led to Yei Shien being the first in the industry in Taiwan to be certified by the ISO/TS-16949 quality standard (superseded by IATF 16949:2016).

To this day, Yei Shien maintains a strict standard system aimed at keeping the quality of products and services while nurturing exceptional commitment from its own people which naturally flows into exceptional results for our customers.
